Experienced Professionals Provide Quality Child Care
Our director, Joni Frencho, and assistant director, Britani Frencho, have over 30 years of experience working with children in a daycare setting, and take the responsibility of finding caring individuals that are qualified to work with children of a variety of ages seriously. Aside from Joni and Britani, each of the employees at Just for Kids has at least a decade of experience in each of the age groups we teach and care for.
We Care for Your Infant While You Are at Work
If you need someone to care for your infant while you are at work, look no further than the child care experts at Just for Kids Daycare. We ask you to provide information on how to make your child happy, tips on how to soothe, when and how much to feed, nap schedules, and anything else that might make your child’s day smoother and less stressful. This way, we can provide consistent care that will not overly confuse or frustrate your infant.
Preschool Services Available for Your Child
Just for Kids Daycare offers preschool during the academic year Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Lessons include development of motor skills, letter and number recognition, shapes, colors, writing, and art. We keep class sizes small to afford each child the attention they need. Our experienced staff plans lessons and activities around the students’ abilities, so you can rest assured that your child receives the education they need to prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. To attend preschool, children must be between three and five years old and potty trained.
We offer optional extended care for those children who cannot be picked up daily at 11:15 a.m. when preschool ends. Our extended care includes outdoor playtime, story time, a nap, organized playtime, lunch, and a nutritious afternoon snack. For information about rates for this extended care, contact our director by calling us at: (724) 863-2866.
Summer Camp for Kindergarten Through Fifth Grade Students
We provide summer camp directed toward, but not exclusively for, children entering kindergarten through fifth grade. Your child does not need to be a regular attendee of our daycare to attend summer camp at Just for Kids. Our team works hard to design a summertime experience that is fun for all the children while still encouraging learning and growth. We spend one week getting acquainted with the children and allowing your child to get acclimated to the other campers and to the facilities and staff. This allows us to learn more about your child’s needs, learning style, and personality, and allows them to make friends and become comfortable without being overwhelmed with activities.
The summer camp program at Just for Kids Daycare includes guest speakers, crafts, and games/challenges to keep your children busy and active. Some of our activities in the past have included a K-9 demonstration, marshmallow dodgeball, EMS/Rescue demonstrations, scooter races, parachute games, and much more.
Just for Kids Daycare Attendee Benefits
Children who attend Just for Kids Daycare five days a week receive a variety of attendee benefits after being a part of our program for six months. These “full-time families” can choose to pay a discounted monthly rate for the child care services their child receives from our experienced staff. Our full-time students may take seven personal days throughout the year, and receive a full two weeks’ vacation time. This way, you do not have to miss out on spending valuable time with your child and still enjoy family vacations and trips throughout the year while still taking advantage of our daycare and preschool services.
